Task:

The aim was to augment the
existing skills of the sales force by encouraging a partnership with
their customers rather than a transactional sale.

The course needed to be delivered in multiple languages to a target audience of over 800. We consulted closely with Gilead to fully understand their requirements.

Solution:

The design and delivery of the ELITE programme, a bespoke sales training package for the specialty care sales force. Our in house design team created the brand for the programme, and produced all the training materials for the course, such as workbooks, presentation slides and posters.

After a successful pilot launch in Australia, we ran a number of ‘Train the Trainer’ workshops for country champions, providing Gilead staff with the necessary skills to deliver the programme. The result was a highly praised course.
